We kindly request you to report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise, we are not able to consider any substitution or reimbursement.
We require proof of damage or fault with your goods in form of a photo with your request to honor a replacement or a refund. Approved replacement will be included on your next order. Processing a refund might take 15 to 20 working days. In any event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
