Altamura farms are specialized in growing and exporting baby leaves. They grow on a surface of about 350 hectares and produce over 50 varieties of baby leaves with the integrated defense method that safeguards man and the environment. They combine the power of nature with the latest technologies to conserve the raw materials they distribute in over 28 countries worldwide.
The farm work with computer systems of the latest generation sprays that spray water on the seedlings until they are picked by the electric harvester. work with 80 tons of raw material per day on 5 production lines, with the latest machinery housed in 2 plants.
