Agrícola Franmartos farms are founded in 2014 as a family business by Mr. Francisco Martínez Tortosa. It is located in the west of Almeria – Spain. The farm’s main products are zucchini, pepper, and watermelon. It has facilities of more than 7,000 m² in warehouses for packaging and loading, and more than 100 hectares of production crop throughout the year in the different categories of fruits and vegetables.
Mr. Francisco Martínez Tortosa was a farmer with his family and due to the great growth of his business, he decided to pack and market his production himself. Because of his good work, he rapidly went from a first-year production of 4,000 tons to 20,000 tons currently. And due to market demands, he decided to focus and specialize in the cultivation of zucchini, and to rotate crops within the farms he also cultivates pepper and watermelon.
